1. Product Use
All our products are handcrafted with care using safe, high-quality ingredients. Room sprays are intended for external use only. Keep candles and sprays out of reach of children and pets when unattended.
2. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 3–5 working days. Please allow additional time during high-demand periods. Delays due to shipping providers are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to support you.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed via our checkout partners.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms when needed. Any changes will be posted here.
